Experiences in handle overseas trip USA & Europe will be advantage

Preferably from Tourism industrial Background

Must be fluent in English, verbal and written

Able to use Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Provide high-level (CEO & Executive) administrative support in traveling matters. Requires discretion, confidentiality, and detailed knowledge of the travel's operations and procedures.

Make local & overseas travel arrangements to make the best use of executive time & preferences.

May have access to handle third parties or direct principal such travel agent, hotel, airlines etc.

Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive's records and files.
