Source, select, and recruit the best-qualified people to join Porto

Conducts pre-hire assessments (interview and testing) and implements other selection tools to ensure the quality of hires

Develops job descriptions and specifications, prepares job adverts, checks application forms, shortlists, interviews and selects candidates for endorsement to HR&GA Manager

Continuously review the criteria in identifying the best recruitment channel and source given each of the requirements

Creates content for HR social media pages of Porto related to employer branding

Conceptualize, develop, and execute employer branding campaigns across digital platforms and collaborate with the People Development Team
