JOB ROLE:
You will be responsible for managing our Front Desk Department and providing exceptional customer service to our external guests and internal employee as a Guest Relations Officer. This role responsibilities span is from making all the arrangements and ensuring the facilities to be rendered to guests to handling guest-related complaints as well as providing assistance.
