We are searching for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly growing financial startup company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, and that issues are tracked with our internal teams to ensure that the resolutions arrive as soon as possible.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  2. 1 years experience working in a Customer Service or Finance role
  3. High level English language communication ability, particularly written English
  4. Able to effectively communicate and organize details with colleagues in other countries and cultures
  5. Has interest with the Financial technology and industry
  6. Able to learn new concepts very quickly
  7. Highly professional demeanor when communicating with customers
