Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Job Responsibilities Participate in all projects development system, may serve as a section leader for particular system module or member. Author and update internal and external documentation for modules/functions, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation to all parties (senior management, business process owner, key users, internal functional team or external parties, etc.). Maintaining close communication and schedule meetings with all parties involved (senior management/business process owner/key users/internal functional team, or external parties, etc.). Ensure modules/functions that he/she hold can meet with requirements and timeline that has been set. Provide periodic reports to superiors regarding to progress particular modules/functions that he/she handles. Creates a set of tests (test case) based on requirements and plans configurations that are necessary for testing. Performs pre-planned tests, describes and documents the errors / bugs found, and report bugs to internal system engineer or external partners. Provide support for all activities during pre GoLive (eg: acceptance user, migration, training) and post GoLive (eg: troubleshooting, handle escalated issue/bug, etc). Job Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a IT Business Analyst, with a strong background in developing and delivering software solutions. Strong, demonstrable faith A biblical worldview Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills A love for students Enthusiasm and ability to work in a team A commitment to personal and professional growth
