Information Systems Manager

The candidate will lead a team of Software Development, Software Engineering, AI and Analytics personnels in delivering high quality, robust and reliable Enterprise software systems, applications and websites. Partnering with key business stakeholders and IT Manager, this role will have end to end accountability for the delivery of the company software and application systems lifecycle projects.

• Ensure robust, stable, and reliable operation of all applications and systems through effective maintenance, upgrades and appropriate disaster recovery processes, including contingency plans.
• Develop robust systems support model to meet the needs of company operations including any required contracts with vendors or third parties, ensure all parties are aware of their responsibilities.
• Integrate all support models with the relevant corporate functions and IS teams.
• Responsible for integration and implementation/development of Corporate Websites, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Business Intelligence and AI project and application. Including future enterprise software systems that the company may acquire.
• Subject matter expert for IS related topics during an audit.
• Proactively plan and drive the lifecycle roadmap, including system retirement for company applications and systems aligned with the IT/IS 3 years roadmap.
• Develop fully measurable training programs for applications and systems.
• Proactively engage with all business functions to encourage the use of technology to maximize efficiency, capacity and reliability or operations
• Develop innovative approaches to solve business challenges with current or new technology.
• Develop process to measure ROI from applications and systems invested to improve productivity and quality of work.
• Develop data strategy to build data bank by working with the business functions to develop data collection points for analytics and data science to help the company to make better decision.
• Develop data analytics solutions to improve visibility and efficiency of various business processes using analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Manage software systems and support capital and expense budget.
