Have experience in providing legal opinion, analysis on regulation, reviewing and drafting agreement, handling government related matters.
Have good analytical thinking and knowledge of capital market law.
Fluent in English, written and spoken is mandatory.
Have WMI license is preferred.
Age maximum 30 years old.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Have experience in the field of Legal, Compliance & Anti-Fraud. Identify Compliance & Legal issues in the Company to prevent Company from breaching the preventing regulations especially on Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations. Provide legal assistance to all departments in the company including Legal drafting, Legal review, and Legal translation. Ensuring the Company's business complies with applicable regulations, including reviewing regulations and consulting with regulatory agencies (OJK). Providing advice and assistance with legal compliance, litigation support, anti-fraud on matters relating to corporate regulations. Review, interpretation of company documents (agreement, business permits, other documents according to company needs. Monitor and prepare documents related to government agencies and regulatory organizations such as APPI and OJK and ensure compliance with several statutory obligations. Coordinate with related Divisions/Departments to review documents, develop compliance programs related to policies, procedures and training such as AML/CFT/RAKB/GCG/KYC/KYE/Code of Conduct. Prepare regular reports regarding Legal, Compliance and Anti-fraud to the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners or Head Office. Oversee the performance of the compliance program, litigation, anti-fraud and annual compliance plan.
