Carrying out CRM campaign operations / Executing campaigns via CRM Tools.
Support the CRM activities across all departments.
Continuously follow up and optimize the performance of all CRM by analyzing data.
Increase campaign performance through creative testing and performance reviews.

Student or fresh graduate in Communication / Public Relations / Marketing / Business.
Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools; push notifications & email).
