- A Bachelor/Master Degree with a Minimum GPA of 3.
- Knowledge in Real Estate Development, Mixed-use Development, Urban-Planning, Township Building or Land Investment & Deals are preferred.
- Able to adapt with a dynamic & diversity working environment.
- Able to communicate min. with English both writing & speaking.

- A Bachelor/Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Architect, Urban Planning, Industry Engineering, Business Management and Economic with a Minimum GPA of 3.3
- Knowledge in Real Estate Development, Mixed-use Development, Urban-Planning, Township Building or Land Investment & Deals are preferred.
- A good track record in previous internships.
- Posses to speak Mandarin is preferred.

| Deskripsi Pekerjaan | : | As a Management Associate, you will undergo:
•One twelve-month placement and two for
six months rotation
•Your rotations include a minimum of two
stints in a middle office and back office role;
•Your rotations span across multi business
units and professional service units, includes: Investment & Resource
Center, Industry Development, Cost & Contract and Procurement, Branding and
Public Relation, Legal, Region Management and Operations, Human Resource,
Finance & Accounting, Customer Service & Estate Management, Design
& Planning Center and City Construction.
You will be given vast opportunities to participate in a broad range of internal and external programs. These programs are specifically designed to equip you with in-depth business knowledge, technical skills, and interpersonal skills. |
