Hello! We are looking for Marketing Communication Supervisor to join our Marketing Directorate.

What is Marketing Communication Supervisor?

Marketing communication plays a vital role in the success of any business or organization. It is a strategic process that involves creating and delivering messages to a target audience with the aim of promoting products, services, or ideas. The primary goal of marketing communication is to influence consumer behavior, build brand awareness, and ultimately drive sales or achieve specific objectives.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

  • Bachelor Degree from Marketing, Visual Communication or other similar major.
  • 3-5  years of experience in Marketing or in  a similar Marketing role.
  • Preferably have experience in an agency company.
  • Familiar with the entire marketing mix and have good knowledge of the market and media landscape; how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for B2B marketing and B2C marketing.
  • Results-oriented and data-driven and able to make data-informed decisions for a marketing plan.
  • Proven track record of utilizing data in forming innovative and interesting ideas that are successfully operationalized into impactful marketing campaign execution.
  • Resourceful and creative, knack for identifying great marketing creative.
  • Excellent command of the English language; a precise writer.
  • Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges: Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Create persuasive and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing collaterals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, design, and sales, to ensure alignment of messaging and branding.
  • Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including social media platforms, to foster customer engagement and drive traffic to the company's website.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication activities, using relevant metrics and analytics tools, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing communication to keep the company's strategies fresh and effective
