Hello! We are looking for Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our Marketing Directorate.

What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):
  • Plan and execute various social media and digital marketing strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market/competitors analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate insights and best practices.
  • Measure & Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROAS and KPI)
  • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of marketing campaigns with tracking and analysis covering social media performance, paid campaign performance, website traffic, email marketing, blog traffic and SEO performance, to optimize accordingly and come up with new ideas to improve the campaigns.
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including emerging technologies and platforms, and implement innovative strategies
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Manage & Negotiate KOL & Influencer.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

  • Degree in Communication or Marketing or other relevant field
  • Proven min. 4 years working experience as Digital Marketing including website, email marketing, whatsapp and Social Media
  • Proactive and Self Driven
  • Collaborative & Team Leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills to develop innovative and effective digital marketing campaign
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Knowledge of online marketing & social media.
