AJCapital Advisory is one of the top debt restructuring boutique advisory firms in Indonesia, and as Manager you will be required to hit the ground running in a busy team on high profile assignments ranging from insolvency to advising on restructuring and financial turnarounds. You will manage project teams and interface with senior level clients of some of the largest corporations in Indonesia, local and international lawyers, bankers and consultants, as well as government ministries officials.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in audit or advisory services with a minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance services, ideally experienced in Restructuring / Insolvency.

• A strong academic track record, degree qualified at 3.25 grade or above.

• Ideally holds professional qualification (i.e. CPA, CFA or similar).

• Experience of working in a professional services environment ideally from a restructuring / insolvency team and performing and managing advisory assignments.

• Proven experience in client handling, people and case management skills.

• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage challenging situations.

• Strong team player with ability to manage specific case tasks to meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.

ROLE

• Be a proactive project team leader dealing with unique and complex corporate cases.

• Profitably manage a portfolio of corporate cases, ensuring both excellent client service and making significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the office and firm.

• Execute advisory assignments and collaborate with other project teams using excellent quality analytical and report writing abilities as well as strong interpersonal skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with Partners and stakeholders (management / investors / banks) to identify different recovery and restructuring options available for clients.

• Develop project goals and planning under the guidance of the project Partner.

• Manage, guide and coach project team members towards the achievement of defined project goals, including detailed financial and commercial analysis to identify key issues facing underperforming businesses.

• Liaise with creditors, directors and other interested parties’ throughput the appointment / assignment and to always practise the principles of excellent client service.

• Ensure that appropriate liaison takes place with all other departments and that all potential client needs are identified and serviced accordingly.

• Assist in the company research, business development initiatives, and other ad hoc tasks, as required.
