Requirements:
§ Bachelor's degree and proven track record of success in sales and new business development, with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
§ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to meet sales targets.
§ Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
§ Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
§ Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan | : | Responsibilities: § Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth. Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, set performance metrics, and align sales activities with company goals. § New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted prospecting. Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and develop strategic partnerships to expand the customer base and revenue streams. § Sales Team Leadership: motivate a team of travel design professionals to achieve individual and group sales targets with coaching, guidance, and support to enhance their sales skills and performance. § Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. § Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales activities, analyze market trends, and generate accurate sales forecasts. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections for the management team. § Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives—Foster effective communication channels to share market insights, customer feedback, and sales opportunities across the organization. § Industry Knowledge and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation. Utilize market intelligence to adapt sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. |
