Overview:

Responsible for creating fresh travel products representing the company's brand quality image and overseeing the company sales targets.

Jenjang : Sarjana/S1
Program Studi :
  • Manajemen perhotelan / hospitality management
  • Usaha perjalanan wisata / travel industry & tourism

Requirements:

§  Associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Travel and Tourism, or similar field.

§  A certificate or experience in travel consultancy.

§  Leadership experience in prioritizing.

§  Great sales and marketing ability.

§  Skilled in quotation and mastery in excel.

§  Above average in communication skills both verbal and writing.

§  Superior knowledge of tourism-industry trends.

§  Experience or knowledge of travel software.

§  Professional English speakers and ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Responsibilities:

§  Design, craft, and curate high-end travel itineraries for discerning and experienced travelers.

§  Measure product usage and review against luxury market specifications whilst maintaining our position against competitors.

§  Periodically presents project updates to the management team about new campaigns with preferred partners to win market share and increase revenues.

§  Conduct monthly educational webinars and arrange scheduled ROI fam trips with key preferred partners and destinations that will help bring more sales and brand quality.

§  Oversee that every booking process is updated, followed up and processed effectively without risk.

§  Be the company's first primary contact to troubleshoot booking cases.

§  Develop the overall company sales target.

§  Responsible for supervising every travel calculation is error-free price quotes.

§  Maximize the sales opportunities of all travel-related products and maintain excellent levels of customer service, growing repeat, and referral business.

§  Micro watch new trends and products that might shift the company strategy and focus.
