We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer to work at our office in Revenue Tower, Jakarta.
You will be responsible for managing our Front Desk and providing exceptional customer service to our external guests and internal employees. The role and responsibilities span from making all arrangements and ensuring facilities to be rendered to guests, to handling guest-related complaints as well as providing assistance.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing all situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests.
Requirements and Skills
- Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Guest Relations Officer
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication abilities
