MAP Future Leaders Program is a Management Trainee program organised by MAP Active which aims to prepare future leaders at MAP through understanding the 360 degrees function in retail by having experience in various MAP Active Business Units.
.- Bachelor's or Master's graduate from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Having 1 year or more internship experience is a plus
- Willing to work in operation shift and be placed throughout Indonesia
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written
- Good communication skills, agile, high adaptability, resilient, and good analytical thinking skills
