We are the largest integrated tire manufacturer in Southeast Asia, produces and distribute high quality tires for passenger car, SUV's, commercial, off-the-road, industrial and motorcycles. We also manufacture and distribute other rubber related products such as synthetic rubber, tire cords, inner tube, flap, o-ring and more.


The Company owns and operates the largest integrated tire manufacturing facility in Indonesia. The Company was established in 1951 as bicycle tire manufacturer and over the years, expanded its production capacity and diversified initially into the manufacture of motorcycle tires and tubes and eventually into the manufacture of passenger and commercial vehicle tires.


The Company started producing motorcycle tires in 1971 and began manufacturing bias tires for passenger and commercial vehicles in 1981. In 1993, the Company started producing and selling radial tires for passenger cars and light trucks. In 2010, the Company initiated the development of TBR tire production capability.

Qualifications :

  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree of majoring Psychology from reputable University
  • Have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or in Recruitment field
  • Have an experience as Recruiter in Manufacturing company will be a plus point
  • Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
  • Have a good Interview skill with Behavioral Event Interview technique
  • Have a good sourcing strategy for any position level
  • Have a good analytical and communication skill
  • Have a pleasant, creative and initiative personality
  • Have a strong working motivation and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Applicant must be willing to work at our Head Office, Central Jakarta

Responsibilities :

  • Handling recruitment process from end to end - creating job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, conduct and scoring psychological test, interviewing candidates with Behavioral or Competence Based Interview, etc.
  • Handling partnership with third parties (i.e. Manpower Ministry, Universities, Schools, Job Portals)
  • Manage career site and social media
