Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Participants will be given the opportunity to rotate work in several different units including digital and data related units. Participants will be trained to quickly adapt to the work environment and improve their ability to plan, collaborate and process existing resources in the company to achieve individual/group goals or targets. In each rotation, participants will contribute to a real and critical project at the Bank. To support the development of participants at this stage, each TCB will be assigned a Buddy and Mentor.
