MARQUEE Group is managed by a group of Asian entrepreneurs, who began the serviced office business (Marquee Executive Offices) industry from their own office building properties.


We are seeking for outstanding, energetic and result oriented individual with high level of commitment and with following qualifications to join our company.

Pengalaman : 2 Tahun

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in rental building management or property/building agency.

  • Proficient in computer applications and presentation tools.

  • Strong sales drive and target-oriented mindset.

  • Able to work independently, with a high level of commitment and strong negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and initiative-driven with a pleasant personality.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets set by the company.

Job Description :


  • Promote and sell serviced offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and coworking spaces to prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and meet rental targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, corporate clients, and property agents.
  • Conduct office tours, client meetings, and presentations to showcase facilities and services.
  • Handle pricing proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization professionally.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Review and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and target progress regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Continuously seek new business to drive revenue growth and improve occupancy rates.
  • Identify areas for improvement and adjust sales approaches to achieve monthly and annual goals.
