TBP is a program that a trainee learns & works under the Supervision of Buddy & Coach Executives in organizations. Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future Leaders. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience and hand in hand with the bank to implement our growth strategies.


During your program, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes, start with induction program, simulation and group discussion, case study and leadership workshops.  To succeed in this role, strong performance orientation and effective communication are important that trainee qualifications you should have.

  • Outstanding academic and non-academic achievements, minimum GPA of 2.75 or equivalent.

  • Good Attitude, Positive Behavior and Integrity Required as a Banker

1. Generate leads for SME Financing thats includes qualifying leads, retaining and expanding existing relationship and following up inquiiries from potential SME leads

2 Indentify borrowers need which may create unique , innovative and high value customer solutions

3. Present and pitch produch to potential customers and negotiate the terms and conditions.
