Min. 2.5 years of experience in Product Design with successful track record in UI/UX and design
Able to translate concepts into development-ready designs to fit user flows
Able to create user-friendly designs and come up with creative solutions to improve product features
Familiar with data, able to identify problem areas, break each problem area into smaller chunks, and map out user's journey
Able to sketch and create ideas into wireframes with detailed features
Knowledgeable in design approaches such as design thinking framework and other frameworks needed in product development
Knowledgeable in Figma tools, usability testing tools, etc that is frequently used in the design team
Knowledgeable in design validation (both quantitative and qualitative research

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Manage a team of product designers, and work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Team, and other related departments Collaborate effectively across team for product development brainstorming and execution Define the product briefs and present the idea/solution to the team effectively Work on all parts of the product design cycle, including feature ideation, mockups, prototypes, and create detailed product specs Documentation of the design process of each feature, such as research findings, ideations, usability testing, release, and monitor the impact after the product release
