Job Description

Identify community/government board that has close relationship with UMKM or woman local organization
Introduce ULA, build a program that has a beneficiary impact both for the community and ULA
Involved in the community development process and spokes person
Execute day to day engagement activity with community on digital platform and offline events

Job Requirements

Having min. 1 year of experience in community engagement management on social commerce or reseller program is a plus point
Having experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum and creating offline events) is a plus point
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with resellers and internal team
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail
