To make sure the protocol of Covid-19 is being implemented before clients are entering our store; body temperature checking, client to register their data in our visitor log book, offer hand sanitizer and to remind social distancing Managing client queuing outside the store: checking on the appointment schedule and make sure clients comfortability while they are waiting e.g offering drink, remind the social distancing, showing products through iPad, etc To answer all inquiries that clients might have and giving the right information.
