Summary

Provide level 2 IT Support for MGP/Factory IT issues (Hardware, Network, Installation, Application)

under coordination with MAP/MAA Group IT and deliver IT related assistance to any

Factory IT and Automation Devices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Maintain all user's hardware and software to function properly

•Minimize down time connection to server system both for PC and laptop users

•Resolve IT related issues and provide hardware maintenance

•Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in IT

•Minimum 3 years experience in related field.

•Good knowledge in IT Infrastructure Support (hardware, network, installation, common business software)

•IT IL or any other IT certification will be an advantage

•Good teamwork and servicing mind set
