Summary

Responsible to train and evaluate Beauty Advisors performance

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Gathers and analyses information to determine learning needs

•Conduct training for Beauty Advisors including product knowledge, basic grooming, selling skills, etc

•Evaluates training programs and materials as well as Beauty Advisors performance

•Facilitates and delivers internal learning solutions and develops respective brands training programs as assigned

•Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field

•Have certification in Skin Care or Make Up Artist

•Fluent in English both verbal and written

•At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

•Have a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

•Have passion in Beauty industry

•Adequate knowledge in updated training tools and performance evaluation
