Qualifications
- Understand Bukit Vista core values.
- Personality: growth mindset, bias to action, self-learner
- Has a strong collaboration skills to develop the team and can communicate at all aspects of the job
- Exposure with digital marketing and product analysis would be a plus
- Proficient in written/spoken English. Another third language (such as, Russian, Mandarin, etc.) will be a plus point

The mission of business development is smart & adventurous. You’re here to acquire any property anywhere. You spend your days exploring narrow alleys and digging deep into online communities, looking for gem properties & inspirational owners. Put your creativity to the test & put our tools/resources to use. Fly a drone over the countryside to identify amazing hidden villas. Mine our database to find leads. Build winning ads with our online marketing teams to target rare owner personas.
The real satisfaction comes with adding the newest property to the Bukit Vista collection. It comes from the heartfelt gratitude of seeing a property owner collect their very first rental payment & the look of satisfaction from guests that would have never found this part of the world without your discovery.
