1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other related major.
2. At least 2-3 year of experience in accounting, preferably within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
3. Industry Experience: Preferably in international e-commerce, manufacturing, or auditing.
4. Expertise: Strong knowledge of cost and inventory accounting, along with analytical skills.
5. Software Proficiency: Experience using financial software in your current role.
6. Audit Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with the audit team during annual audits.
7. Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
