Take ownership of all event and merchandise requirements, ensuring flawless execution from planning to implementation. Coordinate logistics, packing, and shipping requirements to guarantee timely delivery of materials Manage invoices, payments, and reimbursements associated with marketing communication activities. Summarize monthly expenses, providing insights to facilitate budget allocation and cost optimization. Conduct follow-ups and reminders to the relevant PIC to ensure timely completion. Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
