  • Developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and maximise occupancy rates for our executive office spaces

  • Managing a pipeline of prospective clients, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals effectively

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns

  • Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new business opportunities

  • Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

  • Mentoring and supporting a team of sales professionals to drive their professional development
