	-Min. Diploma degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Interior Design

	-Min. 2 years of experience in a related industry and in the same role

	-Ability to read working drawings

	-Proficient in drawing applications such as AUTO CAD / ZW CAD 2D & 3D, Sketchup

	-Proficient in 3D rendering applications such as Vray, Enscape, and similar applications

	-Knowledge in interior contracting, or office & commercial furniture

	-Having a Good communication and coordination skills

	-Detail-oriented, adaptable, integrity, and highly inquisitive personality
