Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	-Welcome and engage clients offline using a consultative sales approach -Identify client needs, design preferences, budget, and project timeline -Develop initial design concepts such as basic layouts, mood boards, or concept ideas to support the sales process -Prepare, explain, and present quotations and project proposals -Conduct persuasive design and pricing presentations -Perform follow-ups with clients to support negotiations and secure deal closure -Achieve individual and team sales targets -Coordinate project handover with the Order Specialist after project confirmation -Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat orders and referrals
