Qualification Requirements:
 
  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  2. Think out of the box
  3. 4+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  4. Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator or similar role
  5. Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
  6. Experience with social media management tools, like Buffer, Social Bakers, and Hootsuite
  7. Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems is preferred)
  8. Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
  9. Excellent communication skills
  10. Time management and multitasking skills
  11. BSc in Marketing, Communications or related field
  12. Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus

  3. Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

Deskripsi Pekerjaan : Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:
 
  1. Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  2. Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
  3. Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
  4. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  5. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
  6. Analyzing user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
  7. Reporting on web and app traffic for all social media
  8. Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
  9. Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness
  10. Coordinate with Marketing department to design advertising campaigns
