- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in similar positions & proficient with Meta Ads & TikTok Ads.
- Experience in beauty, F&B, or fashion retail industries.
- Skilled in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) & data driven decision - making skills.
- Proactive, fast learner, & adaptable to digital marketing and social media trends.
- Good communication skills & ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willing to work fully on-site in North Jakarta.

- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads.
