• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with guests, team members, and partners.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of AI-powered tools for market research and guest feedback analysis.
• Experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan	:	Conduct detailed inspections of properties to assess and maintain quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly. Engage with guests to gather feedback on their stay, implementing immediate corrective actions to resolve any concerns and drive towards achieving five-star reviews. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational teams to ensure properties are impeccably maintained and ready for guest arrivals. Oversee the scheduling and execution of regular property inspections, ensuring all areas meet Bukit Vista’s high standards.
