| Deskripsi Pekerjaan | : | 1. Assist with the billing process (invoicing, credit note, follow-up, and allocation of bank receipts). 2. Recording financial reports (journal entry in the e-pro system).
3. Assist in checking petty cash balances, making minutes, cash taking. 4. Assist in checking expenditure documents and their attachments, return documents to each department if they are incomplete, create expenditure journal vouchers, correct journals and input into accounting software. |
