[Mandatory] Min. 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing in the field of Property Developer / Property Agent / Automotive.
Candidates with experience selling High-End Properties before would receive recommendation.
Customer & Target-Oriented.
Disciplined, proactive & resilient.
Own a personal vehicle for work purposes.

Bridge and communicate clearly between landlords and potential clients. Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Strong knowledge and application of sales techniques (building rapport, negotiation, and closing sales).
