• At least 5 years of relevant experience in audit or advisory services with a minimum 3 years of experience in corporate finance services, ideally experienced in Restructuring / Insolvency.
• A strong academic track record, degree qualified at 3.25 grade or above.
• Ideally holds professional qualification (i.e. CPA, CFA or similar).
• Experience of working in a professional services environment ideally from a restructuring / insolvency team and performing and managing advisory assignments.
• Proven experience in client handling, people and case management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage challenging situations.
• Strong team player with ability to manage specific case tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well strong interpersonal, organisational and time management skills.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan | : | RESPONSIBILITIES • Work with Partners and stakeholders (management / investors / banks) to identify different recovery and restructuring options available for clients. • Develop project goals and planning under the guidance of the project Partner. • Manage, guide and coach project team members towards the achievement of defined project goals, including detailed financial and commercial analysis to identify key issues facing underperforming businesses. • Liaise with creditors, directors and other interested parties’ throughput the appointment / assignment and to always practise the principles of excellent client service. • Ensure that appropriate liaison takes place with all other departments and that all potential client needs are identified and serviced accordingly. • Assist in the company research, business development initiatives, and other ad hoc tasks, as required. |
