Program Descriptions
BMDP Trading provides an opportunity for graduates of Industrial Engineering, Management, Finance or others to develop their skills and gain professional experience through a combination of classroom teaching and on-the-job training. BMDP Trading candidates will learn about the Commercial Trading area (Logistics, Shipping and Palm Oil Trading) in the Downstream Business Unit.
As part of the assignment and on-the-job training, candidates will also be given real responsibility for positions in these areas to increase their knowledge and practical skills.
Program Goal
- Develop to be officer level of Commercial Trading capabilities with skill and knowledge needed to become potential future leader
- Acquire comprehensive business process in Commercial Trading, including critical point and potential risk, also how to control and prevent
.
Requirements :
- Min Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or Finance with min GPA 3.00
- Experience max 1 year in similar field (Logistic, Shipping, Palm Indo Origination, Trader) or max 2 year in different field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
- Willing to be located in Jakarta Office
- Willing to undertake business trips throughout the company's operational areas
