Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
  • Legal Review; conduct a study and analysis of:
    • Foundation policies related to the applicable laws and regulations,
    • Legality documents of the Foundation such as changes to the Deed of Foundation, etc.
    • Memorandums of understanding, cooperation agreements, and other cooperation documents with third parties whose scope is the Foundation and such cooperation can be applied in all units under the Foundation.
  • Legal education; educate the units:
    • Related to events that are indicated to be legal events or have the impact of becoming a legal case,
    • Related to regulatory developments in Education fields,
    • Related to the legality of foundations, schools, professional teachers & lecturers, and structural positions in education.
  • Litigation; handle claims and/or lawsuits that occur in the unit, including civil cases, criminal, state administration, labor, child protection, information & electronic transactions (ITE), etc.
