An Associate's (D3), Bachelor's (S1) degree, or higher, in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficient in Java, PHP or Node/ExpressJS programming
Familiar with RESTful API and microservice architecture
Problem solver and critical thinker. Able to investigate sources of issues when necessary
Familiar with version control, especially Git
Experience in designing and optimizing databases, particularly MongoDB or other relational/non-relational databases
Has at least 1 year of relevant experience will be an added value, fresh graduates are welcome
Fluent in both spoken and written English. Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical issues into simple, user-friendly language for stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and adaptable organization. Flexible and able to adapt to new situations as per business demands
Willing to be placed in either Bintan or Serpong, Tangerang Selatan

Design, develop, and maintain efficient backend services and APIs using Spring Boot, Node/ExpressJS or Laravel (or other PHP frameworks)
Utilize Git for version control
Follow DevSecOps best practices to maintain security and compliance during the development and deployment of applications
Identify and resolve security issues and vulnerabilities in the backend and API
Collaborate with MongoDB, MySQL or other relational/non-relational databases for data storage solutions
Collaborate with the frontend team and DevSecOps to ensure seamless system integration
Be able to migrate or transform databases
Write comprehensive documentation to explain code, processes, and procedures
Innovate and actively seek new solutions/components while staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Be willing to mentor and learn from team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment
