2. Knowledgeable in managing administrative tasks.
3. At least a year of working experience in dealing with administrative, project management or finance related task.
4. Good English ability will be an advantage.

7. Willing to be located in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
8. Working format : Hybrid, Monday to Friday.

Job Desc :
1. Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
2. Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
3. Coordinating schedules for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
4. Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
5. Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
6. Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
7. Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
8. Providing bookkeeping services.
