Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Microsoft Excel
Dapat belajar dengan cepat
Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan
Diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman sebagai admin

Level Masuk	:	Entry Level
Penempatan	:	Ruko Season City, Jakarta Barat
Tipe Pekerjaan	:	Penuh Waktu

Mempersiapkan launching produk di Tiktok, Shopee dan Tokopedia
Melakukan follow up dan double check katalog terbaru sebelum dibeirkan ke team
Follow up dan double check katalog mingguan
Melakukan pengecekan dan penginputan DO/surat jalan pengiriman barang dari supplier
Mengupdate promo di platform e-commerce dan sistem
Follow up sample merchandise dan stock untuk endorse ke supplier
Mempersiapkan semua sample untuk dilakukan foto produk
Membuat list produk baru
Membuat PO (yang sudah dikonfirm oleh MD)
Melakukan adjustment barang retur ke supplier
Report weekly ke Senior MD untuk produk yang sudah tidak lengkap/sisa sedikit
