- 1-2 years experience in an agency with the same position

-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, events and projects, and intensive workloads

-Ability to operate collaboratively, and with a high degree of autonomy.
-Demonstrated ability to network, build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and with people from diverse backgrounds
-Ability to work with target
-Result-driven and detail-oriented
-Proven relevant experience and understanding of sales, business development, and account management.
-Understanding of CRM software and the ability to operate it well.
-Experience or knowledge of marketing to agency and marketing to corporate organizations
-Excellent communication and report writing skills in English
-Research-related experience in business or marketing
-Written and oral fluency in English
-A demonstrated commitment to the provision of quality services
-Relevant Bachelor level qualification.
-Met all requirements for legally living and working in Indonesia..
