- Strong technical knowledge and Experience in an engineering and projects min 3 years

- Ability to analysis BQ to understand key requirements
- Proficiency with Ms office ( Excel , Words , PPT ) - Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
- Contract management
- Fluent in English , and able to speak mandarin is a plus
