Ramsay Health Care (Ramsay) is a global network providing quality health care services across 10 countries in 500 locations including hospitals, specialist clinics, primary care units, pharmacies, diagnostic imaging services, teaching and research. In Asia, Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care manages 8 health facilities including three hospitals in Indonesia, four hospitals in Malaysia and one one day surgery in Hong Kong.
Our Global Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity for graduates who are flexible, mobile and dedicated to making a difference, to experience our business from many angles. The 24 month program will include 3 x 8 month rotations that include both Corporate and Operational (Hospital) experience as well as an international rotation in one of our global locations (depend on global travel restrictions).

Job Requirements:
- Be an Indonesian citizen (at the time of submitting this application)
- Open to all majors or healthcare related but decided against frontline work
- Currently residing in Indonesia and willing to be placed in our hospital unit (South Tangerang/ Jakarta/ Surabaya)
- Willing to be rotated at any time during the program (including international rotation)
