In 1972, a group of enthusiastic, young and bright individuals with a keen sense for business opportunities gave birth to a limited partnership company, called CV. Felecia, and they together laid the foundation for what is known today as PT. Jerindo Sari Utama (the founding partnership company CV. Felecia was converted is 1979 into a private limited company under the name of PT. Jerindo Sari Utama). The name stands for " First Quality of German - Indonesian Extraction " and pays tribute to an enduring, early connection with German firms who quickly realized the potential of the young entrepreneurs.
PT Jerindo Sari Utama occupies a central role as an intermediary between manufactures and end-user. Sales activities, marketing supports (market trend update, new ideas/concepts), technical supports (product prototypes & formulation, new product joint-development), importation, repacking, and distribution of a variety of foreign goods from various countries, most notably from Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Singapore, and USA, are the core business activities of the company.
