General Requirements
- Active university student
- Minimum internship duration: 6 months
- Have good communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Able to work in a team and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English (spoken and written).
- For hospitality positions: willing to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays if required.

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
- Able to troubleshoot simple IT issues such as printer setup, software installation, and connectivity problems.

- Willing to support daily IT operations including asset management, system checks, and user support.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
