Our internship program will start in early 2026 with minimum 6 months internship period.

- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and basic digital communication tools.

- Show strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

- Have an interest in retail, lifestyle, and emerging consumer trends (a plus).

- Bring creativity, self-motivation, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

- Work from the office (WFO) in BSD City (preference for candidates domiciled in Jabodetabek).

- Assist in tenant listing and outreach with prospective retail tenants.

- Support the preparation of presentations and analytical reports for Business Development projects.

- Conduct research on retail and consumer lifestyle trends to identify potential opportunities.

- Provide administrative support for Business Development activities.

- Manage inquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
