You are a part of our Operations Team, in which you are responsible for fulfilling orders , authentication administrations, order management and building relationships with our drop-ship partners. This position is ideal for a people who are fluent in the luxury, hype or retail market and able to provide a great customer service to our partnerships.
Skills and Qualification
· Highly organized, and able to prioritize their workload with ease
· Follow processes precisely with a high attention to detail
· Strong communication, interpersonal and analytic skills
· Self-motivated , resourceful with a can-do attitude
· Mac and Excel proficient, with an understanding of web-based, and app-based platforms
· Experience with data entry
· Basic Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator skill not required, but preferred.
· Sneakers or apparel industry knowledge not required, but preferred

| Deskripsi Pekerjaan | : | Responsibilities : · Build and maintain professional relationships with our seller or buyers or brand partnerships to enable the growth of DEPATU platform · Efficiently manage the onboarding for new partnerships ,sellers or buyers. · Ensure that orders are processed correctly and on time · Help reduce cancellations due to inventory discrepancies · Quickly and efficiently troubleshoot issues to reduce order delays and report tech errors · Coordinating with operations manager, marketing and business development team for program · Oversee D2C, C2B2C and wholesale orders from all clients and identify potential issues that may need attention · Analyze and create a great report with data proven and recommendations on new points to review · Support the Partner Operations or Fulfillment team in daily administrative functions · Support the Creative Team in coordinating the details of products for photo , video or content that is currently on trend or need to be highlighted for promotional in apps or social media. |
